This-Ability

Are you aged 18 - 29 and live in Hull or East Riding?

Do you have a disability, learning disability/difficulty, long term health condition or mental health condition?

If so the aim of the project is to provide specialist support and training for young people to access work and learning. This will give young people the opportunities to explore and experience specific occupational sectors, with job opportunities, within the Hull and East Riding area. Participants will also complete an ‘Employability Passport’.

The Learner Journey

The This-Ability programme is built around the completion of an Employability Passport, which will help you demonstrate and explain your skills to employers.
