Jobbled is a game which is focused around finding a job when you have a hidden disability/condition.
The game was developed by a group called ‘PADD’ which stands for People’s Awareness of Disability Discrimination. They have experience of the issues it raises.
The aim is to show employers, policy makers and service providers the real life struggles and barriers that people with disabilities face when trying to gain employment or access services.
We hope that the game successfully communicates the message that for people with disabilities, luck remains a major factor in one’s chance of securing employment and that even with confidence, motivation and experience they can still be at a disadvantage.
