What is resilience?

Resilience means to be able to recover quickly from difficult conditions, for example, not giving up when faced with a challenge. It is the ability to pick ourselves up, learn from the experience and keep moving forward. We must all deal with disappointment and setback but we can learn from these experiences.

Why is it important in work?

Resilience enables you to deal with knock backs and helps to develop problem solving skills that you can use in the workplace.
